ANFIA AREA & FORMULA SAE

Speed and high performance also with green engines: ANFIA, the Italian Association of the Automotive Industry and the young engineers of Formula SAE Italy demonstrated this at E-TECH EUROPE 2024.

The Bologna trade fair, in fact, hosted an area completely dedicated to ANFIA, the Italian Association of the Automotive Industry that, among its activities, also focuses on current issues such as smart and green mobility, climate and environment. It is in this context that the teams of “green motorsport” participate in Formula SAE Italy, the competition of student design that involves engineering departments of Universities around the world, including Italy, organized by ANFIA.

Visitors, therefore, had the opportunity to get in touch with teams which presented prototypes of motorcycles and racing cars specially designed and manufactured by young engineers. The 2024 edition of E-TECH EUROPE, thanks to the precious support of ANFIA, hosted four Italian University teams: “Dynamis Prc” of the Politechnyc of Milan, “More Modena Racing” of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, “E-Agle Trento Racing Team” of the University of Trento and “Unibo Motorsport” of the University of Bologna.
