Founded in Padua in 1972, Baier & Michels (b&m) is a reliable supplier of high-quality fasteners for the automotive and electromechanical industry.

b&m is ISO-9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified by Tüv.

b&m designs, manufactures and distributes most of all small customized mechanical parts by cold forming and turning operation. b&m is the customer’s partner in co-design projects but can also manufacture standard fasteners according to UNI, DIN and ISO standards. The desire to achieve customer’s satisfaction is the goal that drives the employees of b&m to always look for continuous improvement processes.

Among the main customers, there are prominent companies in the fields of automotive, electromechanical, household appliances, plastic moulding sectors, as well as heating and cooling systems.

The machine range comprehends cold forming machines, from 2 up to 6 number of dies, able to form metal wire between Ø0.8 to Ø20 up to 130mm of length. For diameters between 20mm and 27mm we can reach 200mm of length.

By turning technology b&m can produce customized parts starting from the diameter of 1mm up to 100mm, and from 1mm up to 300mm by rework.

The production, supported by the combination of different production technologies as cold forming and rework, ranges over from customized fasteners such as special screws, nuts, rivets, bolts, pins and other small customized parts.
