SETTIMA MECCANICA, established in 1978, started with the high technology three-screw pumps for the lifts & elevators industry, capable of minimizing noise emissions and pulsations in hydraulic circuits.

In 2001 SETTIMA MECCANICA invented and patented a new range of helical rotor external gear pumps which became famous with the trademark Continuum®. Continuum® is the first no noise and no vibrations hydraulic pump for high-pressure and high-speed applications; it soon became the benchmark in key industrial and mobile applications.
