Politecnico di Milano will also exhibit at E-TECH EUROPE 2023.

The University will participate with Dynamis PRC and Polimi Motorcicle Factory (PMF), its two racing teams: Dynamis PRC designs and builds car prototypes to race in Formula Student, while Polimi Motorcicle Factory (PMF) designs and builds motorbikes to compete in Motostudent.

Dynamis PRC was born in 2004 and it is now composed by 130 engineering and design students that every year design and build a prototype race car.

They compete in Formula Student, a championship between universities that nowadays counts up more than 600 teams from all over the world. Every race has three categories: combustion cars, electric cars and driverless cars. Until 2019 the team competed with a combustion car, while from 2020 the car is fully electric. Moreover, in 2022 Dynamis debuted also in the driverless category, achieving immediately great results. The team, in fact, came 2^nd both in Germany and Hungary in the driverless category, beating much more experienced teams.

Polimi Motorcicle Factory (PMF) was born in 2015 from the passion for motorbikes of five Mechanical Engineering students with the aim of participating in the international Motostudent competition. It is the students’ task to design, develop and finally build and assemble all the components of the prototypes. Since the first edition in which the team participated (MotoStudent IV, 2015-2016), the results immediately proved to be more than encouraging. In 2018, the team won the title of world champion in the Petrol category with the Scighera prototype. In 2021, it competed with Sciura in the Petrol category and, for the first time in the team’s history, also in the Electric category with the Nyx prototype, taking home first place in the Best Industrial Project.

Dynamis PRC and PMF are among the best teams in the world in their respective competitions, being both examples of Politecnico’s excellence.
