Italplant was founded in 1981 by its owner, Eng. Giorgio Cesare Gay and produces transfer systems of two large families: Rotary Tables and Precision Link Conveyors.

The Company has many key sectors such as Automotive, Medical&Pharmaceutical, Beauty&Home, Packaging, Food, Robotics&Electronics. For the past two years, there has been a new sector in which Italplant‘s Precision Link Conveyors have been used for the assembling of battery packs in some gigafactories around the world.

The Precision Link Conveyors are available in three different versions, from the less accurate, the Precision Belt Conveyor, to the most accurate one, the Precision Link Conveyors HA, consisting of a monolithic steel structural beam with ground guides produced on three levels that guarantees the top-level performance.

Moreover, a new product has been launched: the first ‘heavy’ magnetic conveyor totally made in Italy, the P-Trak, with a payload of up to 15 kg and a maximum speed up to 3 m/s, suitable for transporting cylindrical battery cells and much more.

Also, Italplant launched the new Indexer with globoidal cam and the Revomotion, characterised by a large central hole of 250 mm that allows the implementation of additional encumbrances.

On this point, it is impossible not to mention Italplant’s Square systems which, thanks to their extraordinary versatility, allow the central insertion of robots and other workstations, guaranteeing the satisfaction of all specific customer requirements.
