Microline designs and assembles custom test equipment dedicated to functional test on components

Test rigs are based on relevant international norms.

Microline can realize custom test rigs for household appliances components such as valves, solenoid valves, timers, heating elements, rotating selectors, washing machine dispensers and dishwasher distributors, thermostats and pressure switches, diverters, etc.

Other kind of components that can be tested by Microline test rig are electrical medical components (solenoid valves, pumps, aerosols, etc.) or automotive components (electric fans, electric motors, etc.)

Microline test rigs are custom designed in-house by Microline.

We meet all our customer requirements with careful design of each test rig, never neglecting the required ergonomics, safety and production timing.

We have been in the automotive sector since 1997 with special tests for electric fans, motors with connectors, brushless motors, electric window winders, etc.

Following Customer specific needs, we design and assemble equipment for functional tests, burn in test (products are tested a second time after a high heat treatment) and manufacturing check (for instance: presence/absence of components such as screws, fins, hooks, etc.). Electrical safety is integrable.
