FEV, a global company active in mobility innovation, and CEER, Saudi Arabia’s first national automotive brand specialized in electric vehicles (EVs), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the PIF Private Sector Forum, marking a significant step in strengthening their strategic partnership.

The memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation focused on innovation, industrial development, and knowledge transfer. Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to leverage their respective expertise to accelerate technological progress, strengthen local capabilities, and contribute to the long-term development of the Kingdom’s automotive and mobility ecosystem.

The signing took place during the PIF Private Sector Forum, an event promoted by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), a key platform that brings together public and private stakeholders to foster collaboration, investment, and sustainable development in strategic sectors of the Saudi economy.

The agreement is intended to support CEER’s electric vehicle program and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the national strategy through which Saudi Arabia aims to diversify its economy beyond oil by promoting innovation, investment, and private sector growth. The plan also includes improving quality of life, expanding opportunities for citizens, and positioning the country as a global hub for tourism, technology, and sustainable development.

Innovative technologies for the production and recycling of electric and hybrid vehicles, serving the automotive, transport, and industrial sectors, will be presented at E-Tech Europe, taking place from October 7 to 9, 2026 at BolognaFiere as part of Urban Tech 2026 – The Urban Technology Show, the new event dedicated to e-mobility, traffic, commuting, security, TLC & data, and the environment.
