LiBER srl has developed both product configuration and process solution for realizing battery packs in off-highways, marine and construction sector applications. The battery packs can be configured in a plurality of size and shape allowing one reference product design to fit all application. A LiBER manufacturing line can be used for a wide range of final products.

OEMs intending to electrify a part of their vehicle range are faced with high initial investment costs in terms of capital and human resources for the construction of the battery pack. Through the use of a standard battery module and a versatile and scalable production line, LiBER wants to reduce production costs and support the scale up of OEMs.

The use of composite materials for the module container results in lower weight, electrical and thermal insulation, a proprietary BMS system allows the measurement of each cell and the prevention of thermal instability phenomena. Process innovations consist of a modular line for either assembly or disassembly at the end of the product’s life.
